Eve is 4! It doesn’t seem that long ago that she was born, and yet now she is 4. We think she has had a good birthday. On Friday she went into Nursery late, and had a party there in the afternoon with a group of friends. Saturday NanAnne and Grandad came over and on Sunday we met Grandma and Grandad at Silchester and followed up with a meal at a local pub (Eve had scampi – scampi is the new pasta).
For her birthday Eve got a lot of presents. The main one from her parents was a new bike – a proper bike with pedals and no stabilisers. She has taken to this like a duck to water and is able to pedal for quite some way on her own, even going around corners, after only a couple of days.
Tess has also enjoyed her sister’s birthday. She was invited to the party, enjoyed the games and the cakes, and playing with her sister’s toys. She has also been drawing more and they are starting to become more recognisable.
